Nissa Svantner

General Manager

Nissa is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and the former Restaurant Manager of the Mayo Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma. She joined Matts in 2013 as our private dining manager and quickly became our General Manager. Nissa's professionalism, dedicated hard work and straight forward management style keep our operations running smoothly. She remains at the heart of all we do.
